Henriette and Nick

Henriette and Nick are a young couple living in Holland.

We met by chance, Henriette attracted by my photos on Instagram decided to contact me. In love with Sicily, with the warmth of the people and such varied landscapes, she harbored the desire to get married here, in Sicily.

Taormina, nestled between the sea and the mountains, Etna, was the ideal place!

Right from the start my idea of photography, more intimate and devoted to reportage, was dear to them.

They didn't want a photographer and videographer stressing them out during the day. They were looking for someone to accompany them, to take notes for them to keep track of those memories, those emotions.

My team and I have won their hearts.

The location chosen to celebrate and celebrate the wedding was Villa Mon Repos, a wonderful Art Nouveau structure which stands on a promontory overlooking Isola Bella and enjoys the view of the majestic Etna.

The displays were simple but colourful. Everything took place in an atmosphere of peace and joy where the most important thing was to feel good, together, as a family.

Heneriette and Nick got ready in the villa, in separate rooms.

They rented the house to be isolated from the rest of the world and enjoy the Sicilian climate, the view and good food together with their loved ones

The altar for the ceremony was prepared by the pool.

All the guests seated and Nick and Henriette, who made their entrance, one at a time and then exchanged vows.

A magical and happy moment.

Everything was perfect.

Romantic.

After the ceremony there was a small reception, only Sicilian food, finger food, someone sitting by the pool, the children in the water, while the bride and groom indulged in a dance. The first dance as married.

Then it was a continuous party.
First the dinner, under the stars, then the dances.
